Ocean Beach


 Ocean Beach, New Jersey is a small town between Point Pleasant Beach and Lavalette. That is what makes thisarea so special, because in Ocean Beach you are sure to be far removed the from big city life. If you are on a vacation in the surrounding areas like Lavallette, Seaside Heights, or Ortley Beach then you might want to take a day trip down to Ocean Beach to check out this small town. In Ocean Beach you will have a better chance at getting some privacy on the beach while you sunbathe, swim or just here on a family outing.
If you are the adventurous type then you’re sure to be happy with your sail boat, jet skies, or fishing boat here as well. You won’t have to worry about the designated boat areas around the shore being too crowded. You’re sure to have plenty of room on the Atlantic Ocean to go wild.

Here you will find attractions such as Casino Pier & Waterworks that is located at 800 Ocean Terrace. This is a family orientated amusement park that has over 40 thrilling rides that have been imported from all over the world as well as several water rides.

Pleasure Island is another place for fun family activities that is also located in Seaside Heights at 1415 Ocean Terrance. They have many fun activities to choose from like indoor batting cages, miniature golf, and pool tables. They also have plenty of snacks and great food that you can buy there.

Directions: From the North takeGarden State Parkway (GSP) Exit 98 for Route 34 East. Follow Route 34 South to Route 35 south through Point Pleasant Beach and Bayhead and it will lead you to Ocean Beach, NJ.
